Our pricing structure is easy to understand. We charge by the hour and the rate depends on the kind of cleaning you are receiving. We do have a minimum of 2 hours for a regular clean and 3 hours for a one-off and deep clean. We will normally recommend how many hours on average a property your size might take but you can set your own hours. If you only want bathrooms and kitchen cleaned then that is fine.

**Please note that a regular clean is weekly or fortnightly only. A monthly clean counts as a one-off/irregular clean.**

End of Tenancy & After Building Cleans

Our End of Tenancy and After Building Cleans are priced slightly differently as they include even more than a deep clean. Please view our services page and select either End of Tenancy or After Building Clean to find out more about what services we provide for these jobs.
