Butterfly Home Services agrees to perform form the work specified by the Client in a professional manner using every care to accomplish a satisfactory result.

1. Cancellation of Service

Cancellation on the day or change of Time/Day of any of our services must be notified by 12 pm on the day before or will be subject to a cancellation charge for the full amount of the service.

2. Cleaning Services

REGULAR CLEANING SERVICE: Payment must be made by bank transfer within 7 days of services being provided, or we can set up with a Direct Debit and we will collect payment 7 days after the service is provided. The Client can change the number of hours as long as 24 notice is given. If the cleaning days are regularly changed, this will fall under our irregular clean pricing structure and you will not be eligible for the regular clean discount. The Client is responsible for the provision of cleaning materials and equipment which must be in full working order. In the case where cleaning materials and equipment are not provided/not in full working order, the result from the cleaning visit may not be satisfactory. The cost of the regular cleaning service is £16 per hour and a minimum charge of 2 hours per visit applies.

ONE-OFF / IRREGULAR CLEANING SERVICE: The Client must pay to Butterfly Home Services £18.00 including vat per hour for a one-off cleaning visit, a minimum charge of 3 hours per visit applies. The Client is responsible for providing the task list and cleaning materials. We do not know how dirty the home is until we start cleaning it. Some homes need only maintenance cleaning. Others need quite a bit of work and take longer. The size and condition of your home determines how long it will take to clean. Hours given are per cleaner per Hour e.g. 6 Hours is two cleaners for 3 hours each. The recommended or quoted hours are only a guideline and the actual time required may vary.

DEEP CLEANING SERVICE: Our deep cleaning service is for one-off cleans where we will provide the cleaning materials and equipment. This is an intense and more thorough clean than the regular and one-off standard service. We provide specialist cleaning products to lift stains from grouting etc. We also clean the fridge and freezer as standard. The charge for this service is £20 per hour with a 3 hour minimum. Oven and carpet cleaning are not included in the price of a deep clean but we can provide a separate quote and complete this at the same time as your deep clean.

END OF TENANCY CLEANING SERVICE: The Client must pay a 50% deposit on the day of the booking. The outstanding balance should be settled on the day the job is completed. The client is advised to book the service for the same day the inventory check will take place. If the Client is dissatisfied with the work that has been done and within 24 hours, on his request Butterfly Home Services will come back and re-do the job free of charge. The standard End of tenancy cleaning does not include cleaning of walls, ceilings, curtains, balconies, patios, exterior windows, ovens and carpets. We do not carry out cleanings of painted walls, ceilings, gardens, and the exterior of buildings. However, if cleaning of balconies, patios, exterior windows, cleaning of carpets and ovens is required then an extra quote can be provided. 

MONTHLY INVOICING: As a valued and establish customer we can allow you a month of credit. An invoice will be raised and sent by email at the end of the month and must be paid within seven days of receiving it.
